From one person, to the whole family, to a whole city, and one day the whole world. Our mission is to build mentally and healthy kids and adults through the Jiu Jitsu philosophy and lifestyle.” Says Deborah. Her and her father believe in the power of Jiu Jitsu of helping each individual with their daily struggles. “Jiu Jitsu is a natural problem solver, and it helps each one of us on becoming natural problem solvers too, learning how to be comfortable in any uncomfortable situation. Being able to defend ourselves and the confidence we gain through this art, will also help us and make us evolve on our personal relationships, our work, our psychological struggles, in everything! Jiu Jitsu is also a powerful workout tool, that will keep us healthy and in shape working out in a funny and intelligent way.” Says professor Deborah.
