#BJJ50plus Master Red/white belt Marcio "Macarrao" Stambowsky and his 72 year old wold champion are starting a new movement and here they show a nice technique

Master Red/white belt Marcio "Macarrao" Stambowsky and his 72 year old wold champion Mr Tom Corrie show a simple yet very effective technique called ambush. They are now starting a new movement called #BJJ50plus ! The idea is to promote BJJ for older people. Jiu Jitsu is possible to anyone, it has many branches, and any human being on earth can take good things out of Jiu Jitsu. Jiu Jitsu is a tool that makes people better in many aspects of our lives, it doesn't matter the age, gender, experience, etc. Jiu Jitsu is a natural problem solver, and it teaches us the same.

Master Marcio is one of the 6 only who got their black belts under the legendary Master Rolls Gracie. Now almost 40 years after getting his black belt, Master Marcio is teaching in Connecticut, USA. Mr Tom Corrie is one of his students, a 72 year old guy and a very dedicated student that trains a lot and also is a heavy weight lifter. Mr. Corrie was a world champion on the “world Masters” at the IBJJF tournament in 2018. They got together and will now promote a series of classes for 50+ students, beginners and advanced, interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the concepts, techniques, and lifestyle.

Stay tuned as they will soon release the schedule for their first series of classes that will take place in Norwalk and Fairfield, CT, USA.

Here they demonstrate a very cool technique called ambush.
